Experienced Hardscape Crew Leader

Our Land Organics is a forward-thinking, ecologically based landscape design, build, and maintenance company serving the Cincinnati area. We specialize in native plantings, ecological restoration, and thoughtfully crafted outdoor spaces built with natural materials.

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to work with a smaller, values-driven landscape company. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong hardscape experience who enjoys leading a small crew, solving problems in the field, and building thoughtful outdoor spaces that work with nature.

Projects may include stone steps, dry-laid stone walls, flagstone and paver patios, crushed stone patios, grading, drainage work, planting, low-voltage landscape lighting, and related landscape installation. Starting pay is $27–$33/hour, depending on experience, leadership ability, and hardscape skill level. Highly experienced candidates may be considered above this range.
