Step 1: Connect
The first step is to connect over the phone. During this conversation, we’ll seek to understand your objectives. If it seems like a good fit, we’ll send a detailed questionnaire about your land and goals. Then our Lead Designer will reach out to review your responses and schedule an on-site consultation.

Step 2: Consult
We will meet with you on-site to walk the land, further explore your goals, understand human and ecological use patterns, and offer informed recommendations based on your site’s unique challenges and opportunities.

Step 3: Contract
After the on-site Consultation, we’ll create a Design Agreement proposal detailing the project’s scope, deliverables, and cost. Once you’ve signed the Design Agreement and paid the deposit, we will revisit the site to take measurements for a site map and conduct a detailed site analysis.

Step 4: Design
We’ll create a site map and a first draft of the design. Then we’ll schedule a meeting to review design themes, layout, and planting plans and gather feedback. We will update the design as needed, then send digital copies of the design, a complete plants and materials list, photo examples, and maintenance needs.

Step 5: Install
We’ll create an installation estimate and contract, then reserve an install date. This is the stage when ideas come to life and the outdoor living space you’ve fantasized about takes shape. Our team ensures that each project is built as designed, with careful attention to detail. Craftsmanship is our passion.
